1.- SeALER

– (Jerrycan 5L) Support impregnation.
– Let it dry for 3 hours before to start with next step. Aplly a generous layer.

2.- COMPRESSION LAYER

– (20kg bucket) *Admits fresh to fresh application. Cementiciuos base to get planimetry and resistance to the compression.
– Apply at least 2 layers until to achieve an excellent planimetry. sand with sandpaper grit 60/120 as son as it’s dry, use sandpaper grit 15/30 for the Base Xtreme.

3.- FINISHES OPTIONS

3.1.- MICROCEMENT FINE FINISH

– (15kg bucket) *Does not admit fresh to fresh application. Microcement Fine for cloudy and shady finish..
– Consumption: 200-350 gr/m2 and layer. Apply 1 o 2 layers.

3.2.- MICROCEMENT MEDIUM FINISH

– (20kg bucket) *Admits fresh to fresh application. Microcement medium for comercial finishes or without shades and clouds and with some texture.
– Consumption: 300-500 gr/m2 and layer. Apply 1 or 2 layers.

3.3.- MICROCEMENT RUSTIC FINISH

– (20kg bucket) *Admits fresh to fresh application. Microcement for rustic finish.
– Consumption: 400-600 gr/m2 and layer. Apply 1 or 2 layers.

3.4.- METALLIC EFFECT FINISH

– (5kg bucket) *Rust, Aluminium, Bronze and Copper effect.
– Consumption: 500 gr/m2 per layer. Apply 2 layers.
*With this finish we can avoid the point 5.

3.5.- EPOXY 3D FINISH

– (10+4kg bucket) *3D effect, by combination of colours or transparent over vinyl.
– Consumption: 1’5kg/mm2/mm.
*With this finish we avoid point 4 and 5.

3.6.- LEVEL EPOXY FINISH

– (22+3kg or 12+3kg bucket) *Monocolor finish.
– Consumption: 1’5kg/mm2/mm.
*With this finish we can avoid the point 4 and 5.

4.- PORE FILLER

– (5L jerrycan). Impregnation prior the varnish as pore filler.
– Consumption: 50ml/m2. Apply 2 layers.

5.- VARNISH

– (Kit 3+1kg available in matt, gloss or semi-matt). Solvent or water based varnish, for application with roller or spray gun.
– Consumption 150gr/m2 y capa. Apply 2 or 3 layers.
